Welcome to Yeissler Art (yoannaeissler.com). By purchasing an original artwork from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Original Artworks & Authenticity
All pieces offered on this site are one-of-a-kind original artworks created by Yoanna Eissler. Each work is hand-signed by the artist. Due to individual screen settings and monitor color calibrations, slight variations in color, saturation, and contrast between the digital photograph and the physical piece may occur.
2. All Sales Are Final (No Returns Policy)
Because each piece is an original, delicate, and unique artistic creation, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been dispatched. Please review the artwork dimensions, media specifications, and photographs carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Shipping & Damages in Transit
- Dispatch & Packaging: Artworks are carefully packaged in heavy-duty protective materials (rigid flat-pack for works on paper; reinforced art boxes for stretched canvases). Orders are dispatched via tracked and insured postal carriers (PostNL for European shipments; local courier for Chile).
- Damages during transport: In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged due to postal handling, you must contact us at yeissler@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographic evidence of both the exterior packaging and the damaged artwork. We will work directly with the courier’s insurance to resolve the claim.
4. Customs, Duties & Local Taxes
- European Union & Chile: Orders within the European Union (dispatched from Lelystad, The Netherlands) and orders within Chile are exempt from import customs.
- International Orders: For any other destination, all local import duties, VAT, customs clearing fees, or local administrative handling charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
5. Copyright & Intellectual Property
The purchase of an original artwork transfers physical ownership of the painting to the collector, but does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The artist, Yoanna Eissler, retains all intellectual property and reproduction rights to the artwork. The buyer may not replicate, scan, reproduce, or commercially exploit images of the artwork without prior written consent.

1. Obras Originales y Autenticidad
Todas las piezas ofrecidas son obras de arte originales y únicas realizadas por Yoanna Eissler. Cada obra se entrega firmada a mano por la artista. Debido a las distintas calibraciones de pantallas y monitores, pueden existir ligeras variaciones entre los tonos de las fotografías digitales y la pintura física.
2. Venta Final (Sin Devoluciones)
Por tratarse de creaciones artísticas originales, delicadas y exclusivas, no se aceptan devoluciones, reembolsos ni cambios una vez despachado el pedido. Le solicitamos revisar minuciosamente las medidas, soporte, técnica y fotografías antes de finalizar su compra.
3. Envíos y Daños en Tránsito
- Despacho y embalaje: Las obras se embalan rigurosamente con materiales de alta protección (sobres planos rígidos para obras en papel; cajas reforzadas para bastidores). Los envíos cuentan con número de seguimiento y seguro postal.
- Daños durante el transporte: Si el paquete sufre daños durante el traslado por parte de la empresa transportista, el comprador deberá notificarnos dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la entrega al correo yeissler@gmail.com, adjuntando fotografías claras del embalaje exterior y de la obra afectada para tramitar el seguro correspondiente.
4. Aduanas e Impuestos
- Unión Europea y Chile: Los envíos dentro de la Unión Europea (despachados desde Lelystad, Países Bajos) y los envíos dentro de Chile no conllevan aranceles de importación.
- Otros destinos: Para cualquier otro país, las tasas aduaneras, aranceles o impuestos locales de importación serán de exclusiva responsabilidad del comprador.
5. Propiedad Intelectual y Derechos de Autor
La compra de una pintura transfiere únicamente la posesión física de la obra al coleccionista, no así los derechos de autor ni de reproducción comercial. Yoanna Eissler conserva la totalidad de los derechos morales y patrimoniales de su obra. Queda prohibida la reproducción, duplicación o explotación comercial de la imagen sin autorización expresa y por escrito de la artista.
